Located in Kwai Fong, Universal's new Hong Kong sales office and showroom officially opened on January 8, 2010. The showroom contains a mock-up data center area for interactive demonstration of Universal's custom OEM racks and data center cooling solutions.

Scheduled to be operational in Q1 2010, Universal recently acquired a new 70,000 sf production facility in DongGuan, China. Universal's China headquarters and expanded R&D center will be relocated to this new facility.
